Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Outreach: Find potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screening: Review incoming resumes and chat with applicants to check basic qualifications.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule calls and meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
• Data Tracking: Keep recruitment databases, trackers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) neat and updated.
• Candidate Communication: Answer applicant questions and keep them updated through the hiring steps.

Preferred candidate profile

• Willing to work Full time - 9 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday
• Willing to call/connect with 120 candidates everyday via phone
• Good working knowledge of excel
• Good grasp of BFSI industry
