About the Role

A structured 6-month practical internship for candidates who want real-world exposure to Recruitment and HR. Interns will work on live recruitment activities and internal HR support under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand recruitment requirements and job descriptions.
• Candidate sourcing using recruitment platforms and databases.
• Resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
• Candidate calling and preliminary discussions.
• Interview scheduling and coordination.
• Candidate follow-ups and recruitment trackers.
• Basic internal HR processes and documentation.
• Exposure to live client recruitment requirements.
• Maintain recruitment and HR data using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Gradually handle requirements under supervision.
• Understand the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Learning + Communication + Commitment + Recruitment Support + Completion of Full Internship

Candidate Profile / Requirements

Genuine interest in HR and Recruitment, good communication, comfort speaking with candidates, willingness to learn sourcing/screening, basic Excel/Google Sheets and ability to commit to the complete 6 months. Completion certificate will be provided. High performers may be considered for full-time opportunities subject to performance, suitability, vacancy and business requirements.
