We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

*Role: Recruiter Intern

*Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms.
• Screen resumes and candidate profiles.
• Contact candidates and understand their skills and preferences.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate records.
• Support the recruitment team with daily hiring activities.

* Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR.
• Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Sheets/Excel.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work independently.
