Recruiter Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Understand job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates regarding interviews, selection, offers, and joining.
• Achieve a minimum of 5–10 interviews scheduled daily.
• Target a minimum of 1 closure per day and 6 closures per week.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Share daily candidate details and recruitment updates with the concerned team.
• Coordinate with candidates for documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
• Submit daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned hiring requirements.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Take ownership of assigned vacancies from sourcing to candidate joining.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet deadlines.
• Interest in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Performance Expectations

• Minimum 5–10 interviews scheduled daily.
• Minimum 1 closure per day and 6 closures per week.
• Accurate and updated recruitment tracker.
• Timely candidate follow-ups.
• Quality of shortlisted candidates.
• Interview attendance and candidate joining ratio.
• Daily reporting and achievement of assigned recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
