Recruiter Intern

Role Description

• The Recruiter Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
• The intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communication.
• Day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with hiring managers on role requirements, and helping organize recruitment events or outreach activities.
• The Recruiter Intern will also assist in preparing reports on hiring activities and market insights, contribute to improving recruitment processes, and uphold a professional and welcoming candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource management, business administration or any other related field
• Graduates for 2024 to 2026 are encourage to apply
• Foundational understanding of recruitment or human resources processes, with strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
