Recruiter Internship

1. Support and manage the recruitment process from CV screening, candidate interviews, any administation and candidate follow-ups.
2. Conduct initial interviews with candidates and provide feedback based on the recruitment criteria.
3. Assist in tracking and updating the recruitment progress on a regular basis.
4. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
5. Report recruitment progress directly to the VP of Human Capital on a daily basis.
6. Support the team in organizing and contributing to monthly company events.
7. Submit weekly attendance reports and complete other administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate or final-year student, preferably with a background in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Have basic experience conducting interviews, whether through internships, organizational activities, campus projects, or previous work experience.
• Enjoy communicating and interacting with different types of people.
• Have a strong willingness to learn new things and develop skills in recruitment and human resources.
• Have a Get Things Done attitude and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Agile, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Available for a minimum internship commitment of 1–2 months.
• Willing to work in a hybrid working arrangement.
• Willing to be placed in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
