Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales profiles, including bulk hiring and background verification.
• Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates and prepare offer letters.
• Ensure timely joining formalities, employee orientation, and exit formalities are completed smoothly.
• Handle attendance management and maintain accurate records.
• Generate offers through various channels (email, phone calls) to attract top talent.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Recruitment or related field.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
