Recruiter Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions and levels of the organization.

Lead high-volume hiring of Realtors and commission-based sales professionals.

Recruit for corporate, managerial, operations, administration and support positions.

Work closely with senior management and business heads to understand current and future manpower requirements.

Develop and implement effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, databases and direct headhunting.

Build new sourcing channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.

Screen, interview and assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, attitude and role suitability.

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, follow-up and joining.

Develop job descriptions and support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Build strong relationships with real estate professionals, sales networks, recruitment agencies and other talent sources.

Maintain recruitment databases, trackers and MIS reports.

Monitor key recruitment metrics, including closures, time-to-hire, source effectiveness and offer-to-joining ratio.

Stay updated on recruitment trends, market practices and competitor hiring activities.

Independently manage multiple hiring requirements across branches, departments and locations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

510 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

Experience in sales recruitment and commission-based workforce hiring is highly preferred.

Real estate recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate networking capabilities.

Proven ability to handle both high-volume and mid-to-senior-level hiring.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn and social media recruitment.

Target-oriented with a strong focus on recruitment closures.

Ability to work independently and manage recruitment across multiple locations.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

Candidates currently working as Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior Recruiter will be preferred.

Candidates with experience as Sales Head, Zonal Head or Regional Head may also be considered, provided they have significant hands-on experience in recruitment and building large sales teams.

Education: Graduate/PostgraduatePreferred: MBA/PGDM in HR

KEY EXPECTATION

The Recruitment Manager will be the single point of ownership for recruitment at Hanu Reddy Realty, responsible for ensuring that the right talent is sourced, selected and onboarded on time to support the company's continued growth across India.
