• Process Management: Oversee end-to-end hiring, from job postings and screening to interviews and job offers.
• Budget Oversight: Manage the recruitment budget efficiently across job boards, agencies, and advertising.
• Metrics & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve results.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job needs and interview techniques.
