1. Understand companys vision & mission and align work culture and the related talent related functions accordingly.
2. Assisting employees with HR related queries and requests.
3. Cross functional hiring of technical / digital / Contact Center profiles
4. Using social media platforms like LinkedIn for hiring potential candidates.
5. Performance Management. Learning and Development
6. Employee Engagement and Retention
7. Compensation Benchmarking
8. Appraisal Management
9. Drive Organizational change
10. HR Compliance
11. Understanding of various HR related tools on ERP platforms.

Desired Skills

1. Leadership and Organizational Ability, experience in change management.

2. Five years of experience in handling Human Resource department for Digital and Technical verticals and domains such as PMS, Talent Acquisition & development, and Organizational Change & Development.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

4. Should be good at leadership, analytical & critical thinking, team handling and people management.
