Recruiter - Medtech

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for medical device sales positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Analyze candidate performance data to inform future recruitment strategies and improve overall quality of hires.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (medical devices & equipment industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of medical devices/equipment industry trends, products, and technologies.
• Proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates through various methods (e.g., headhunting, passive recruiting).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external partners (candidates).
