Compensation: $50 - $50/hour

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Source and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including headhunting, networking, and digital platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent strategy.
• Maintain and update accurate records in the applicant tracking system, reporting key recruitment metrics and progress.
• Self-manage priorities and deliverables while working remotely, demonstrating high autonomy and accountability.
• Represent our customer's team at San Francisco-based career fairs and industry events to enhance employer brand and connect with prospective talent.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in headhunting and recruitment, preferably in startup or tech-focused organizations.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, recruitment pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and deliver results in a remote work setting.
• Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive amidst shifting priorities and fast-paced demands.
