Job Description : Recruitment Partner (Banking, Insurance & Wealth Management)

About the role :

We are looking for a Recruiter with strong experience in hiring across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management. The Ideal candidate will have a good undersatnding of financial services, talent pools, comfortable working on multiple mandates simultaneously, and have the ability to identify, engage and close quality candidates within the defined timelines.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, Linkedin, Referrals and other channels.
• Maintain and update tracker and ATS maintainence
• Track recruitment metrics and proactively highlight challenges & bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post graduate in any discipline
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with RPO/ Agencies/ Search/firms will be preferred.
• Good Communication Skills
