Recruiter (Project-Based)

This is a 3-month, project-based opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced recruitment environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

• Post job vacancies on company hiring platforms and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Explore and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Review resumes, assess qualifications, and shortlist suitable applicants.
• Conduct initial interviews or screening calls to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule final interviews with hiring managers.
• Monitor candidates' progress and follow up on pre-employment requirements.
• Assist with onboarding activities to help new hires transition smoothly into the company.
• Maintain updated recruitment records and provide hiring status updates as needed.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and other team members to support timely and effective hiring.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for the food industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in mass hiring is a strong advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and candidate-assessment skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Proactive and resourceful in finding candidates through different sourcing channels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Willing to report onsite.
• Willing to commit to a 3-month project-based engagement.
• Available to start ASAP

Work Details:

• Full on-site at Rosario, Pasig City (near Bridgetowne)
• Monday to Friday (weekends off)
