Role Overview

As a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, identifying high-calibre candidates, and ensuring the timely delivery of recruitment assignments. The role demands exceptional communication skills, resilience, commercial awareness, and the ability to consistently achieve defined performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing through to candidate onboarding.
• Source prospective candidates using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual candidate assessments to evaluate suitability.
• Understand client requirements and deliver appropriately matched candidate profiles within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant databases, and daily activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment standards and operational processes.
• Build long-term professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

Recruiter

• Recently completed an MBA (HR, Marketing, or equivalent) from a recognised institution. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Alternatively, candidates with up to two years' experience in telesales or recruitment may also be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• A proactive, resilient, and target-oriented approach.

Senior Recruiter

• Minimum of two years' proven experience within a recruitment consultancy or staffing organisation.
• Demonstrable expertise in end-to-end recruitment and candidate management.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously whilst consistently achieving delivery targets.

Preferred Experience

Applications are particularly welcomed from candidates with experience in:
