Skilled Trades Recruiter

Location: Remote – Nationwide

The company is expanding its recruiting team and seeking experienced Skilled Trades Recruiters who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume, production-driven environments.

This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who enjoy managing busy desks, working with urgency, and consistently delivering placements in a competitive staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for contract and project-based skilled trades positions.
• Recruit electricians, welders, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, millwrights, industrial maintenance mechanics, machinists, and other skilled craft professionals.
• Maintain a strong daily recruiting cadence, including proactive sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, and follow-ups.
• Build and continuously replenish candidate pipelines to meet urgent and recurring client requirements.
• Evaluate technical qualifications, trade certifications (OSHA, NCCER, AWS), and relevant project experience.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, start dates, and workforce deployment.
• Consistently meet recruiting activity, submission, and placement targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience in skilled trades, construction, or industrial staffing.
• Contract staffing experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of skilled trades disciplines, technical requirements, and labor market dynamics.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with high expectations for productivity and delivery.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to maintain consistent performance in a remote setting.
