Recruiter Specialist

Brief Job description:

1. Handling existing clients and their current job openings.
2. Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources and forwarding them to the clients and following up with the clients for updates.
3. Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions.
4. Finding new sources for searching unique candidates.
5. Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position.
6. Providing periodic reports to the team manager regarding the recruitment status of positions
