Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and headhunting.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in IT Recruitment or related field (Talent Acquisition).
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
• Proven track record of successful headhunting and end-to-end recruitment experiences.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including social media platforms like LinkedIn.
