POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team. In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build targeted talent pipelines, and guide candidates through a seamless end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Your work will directly drive organizational growth and operational performance by placing exceptional talent into critical roles while delivering an exemplary candidate experience at every touchpoint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with operational leaders to align on position specifications, forecast staffing requirements, and refine candidate profiles.
• Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Design and execute targeted multi-channel sourcing campaigns (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, referral networks) to engage active and passive talent.
• Screening & Behavioral Assessment: Conduct structured phone screenings and behavioral-based interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, cultural alignment, and career motivation.
• End-to-End Selection Management: Oversee job postings, coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones, facilitate post-interview debriefs, and manage compensation offer negotiations.
• Onboarding & Compliance Oversight: Ensure seamless handoffs to the preboarding/onboarding team, monitoring background checks, license verifications, and compliance milestones.
• ATS Data Integrity & Analytics: Maintain precise candidate tracking, real-time stage dispositioning, and pipeline notes within our ATS/HRIS engines while monitoring key metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates).

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume sourcing, or agency/corporate talent acquisition.
• Language & Communication: Professional English fluency (verbal and written) with persuasive closing skills and exceptional stakeholder management.
• Sourcing & ATS Proficiency: Proven track record utilizing enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, advanced Boolean search strings, and modern recruitment technologies.
• Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, corporate hiring, or high-volume global BPO environments.
• Professional Certifications (Preferred): Active SHRM, HCI, or ASHHRA certifications are a strong plus.
