Recruiter / Support Consultant

Established in 2002, Thomson Keene is a market leader in technology recruitment and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Dublin. We work with a broad range of clients including a number of Tier One Investment Banks, Fintechs, Hedge Funds and Asset Managers. Our client base is continually expanding outside of financial services to encompass media, professional services, automotive technology and others, particularly in the growing areas of AI and Machine Learning.

Due to our own ‘scaling-up’ we now need an additional Consultant to join our Dublin team to help deliver to a demanding client base and develop this client base and candidate networks further. You will learn on the job alongside industry leaders in this space on matters covering financial markets products, recruitment methods and technology. You will help take this office to it's next growth stage, after an already impressive growth in the last few years. Great opportunity for a Recruiter to build on the reputation we've already established and grow out their own book of work as well as delivering to existing business in a less KPi driven environment.

The Role

• Screening and finding suitable candidates through our CRM, networks and headhunting
• Setting up interviews and dealing with the full life cycle recruitment processes
• Sourcing candidates through existing contacts, direct recruiting, existing databases, advertising, networking and building relationships
• Working for an Account Director with 8+ years of industry experience
• Interact with the London office to work on global assignments
• Meeting Candidates/Clients on a regular basis to build out your and the Dublin office's network in that market
• OTE YR 1 EUR60k via a market leading (uncapped!) commission scheme

Requirements

• Ideally 2 years+ recruitment experience (ideally agency side), but we will look at more senior candidates
• Prior experience of resourcing candidates into technology roles
• Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability and drive to build relationships with a range of people at all levels
• Financial Markets experience within the Technology space is an advantage, but not essential
• Experience of working in a team environment, but with the ability to work on your own to hit your own targets and build your P&L
• A willingness to contribute to a successful brand while maintaining the company’s reputation for providing a high quality service to both our clients and candidates
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and have the ability to build towards owning your own book of work and clients
