Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter / TA Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, sourcing, screening, and coordinating suitable candidates for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and recruitment needs from the HR team and hiring managers.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, offers, and joining.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
• Assist in offer coordination and pre-joining engagement.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist the HR team with other recruitment-related activities and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• Candidates with 2 to 6 yrs of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
