What Talent Acquisition contributes to Cardinal Health

Talent Acquisition is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and driving the selection of talent to support business needs.

• Proactively and creatively sources, leads and screens candidates to develop pools of talent for all positions across Cardinal Health.
• Assesses candidates through competency-based screening, ensuring only qualified candidates are referred.
• Creates a positive candidate experience.
• Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• 2+ years experience in related field as a recruiter, required.
• 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition required.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience using recruitment technologies (applicant tracking system, Excel, Outlook and other internet-based systems and tools)
• Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects and deliver effectively against timelines
• Must have strong attention to detail, initiative, a high level of integrity, judgment and follow-through
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
• Excellent customer service ethic and sincere interest in enhancing individual candidate experience
• Must be willing to work on the mid shift
• Stakeholder management experience
