The opportunity

Why this seat

is different.

We are hiring across sales, operations, content and platform at the same time, and external agencies are the expensive way to do it. This seat makes them the exception.

You own the funnel end to end: the posting, the sourcing, the screening, the scheduling, the offer and the handover into onboarding. The careers site, the application flow and the candidate board already exist and are yours to run.

The unusual part is the second clock. On top of a bonus per hire, you earn a production override on the revenue seats you fill, for twelve months each. Fill a good agent and you keep earning while they produce.

What you will do

• Own the funnel: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers and the handover into onboarding.
• Run outbound sourcing on LinkedIn and in the communities where Dubai talent actually sits, instead of waiting for applications.
• Keep the board honest: every candidate has a stage, a next step and a date.
• Make external agencies the exception rather than the default, and own the relationships with the ones we do use.
• Sit second in interviews for the seats you are filling, including with the team leads.

Who you are

• Has filled seats before and can say how many, in what time, and how many passed probation.
• Sources actively. Posting and waiting is not this job.
• Straight with candidates. We would rather lose a candidate honestly than win one with a story that does not survive month two.
• Fluent English. Dubai based.

What you get

A base, a bonus per hire, and an override that keeps paying on the seats you filled.

AED 5,000 + hire bonuses + build milestones + 5% override

• Base salary: AED 5,000 per month, paid via WPS.
• Hire bonus: per seat filled, paid once the hire has passed probation, so the bonus follows a hire that stuck.
• Build milestones: additional bonuses as the team reaches agreed headcount milestones.
• Production override: 5% of our net margin on services booked by reps you placed, and 5% of the agency commission of agents you placed, for 12 months per placement. Always on our net, never on booking volume.

Illustrative only: the override is the part that compounds, because every revenue seat you fill keeps paying for a year. Your number is confirmed in writing at offer stage.

Visa sponsorship

• As a licensed company we sponsor and process your UAE work visa, from paperwork to issuance. That part is on us.

Growth path

• Performance track: a base review after six months, measured on hires who passed probation and on how rarely we needed an external agency.
• Leadership track: Head of People as the team grows past the point one recruiter can carry.
