Job Description:
We are hiring a Recruiter / Team Leader to manage end-to-end recruitment and lead a team of recruiters for IT & Non-IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Lead and manage the recruitment team
• Drive team targets and daily recruitment activities
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals
• Coordinate interviews, offers and joining
• Maintain recruitment MIS and client coordination

Requirements:

• 46 years of recruitment experience
• Team handling experience preferred
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Recruitment consultancy experience preferred
