We have multiple openings for recruiters for our clients :these options inculdes Client onsite or remote as well. The positions will on Third Party Roll , Mumbai (All Areas) and Remote with 2 to 10 years of experience into recruitment particularly in BFSI segment.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for various roles within the BFSI sector through bulk hiring, sales hiring, and staffing.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment for open positions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for their recruitment needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in banking recruitment or related field (BFSI).
- Strong understanding of financial services industry trends and regulations.
- Proven track record in bulk hiring, consultancy, NBFC, sales hiring, or similar roles.
