Koscom Cable Inc. — a national telecom staffing and subcontracting company — is growing, and we're looking for a Recruiter to own the full hiring cycle across our active field projects.

📍 Remote / Hybrid | 🕐 Full-Time | 🏗️ Telecom / OSP / FTTH

🔹 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for field technician and operations roles

• Build and manage your own talent pipeline across multiple U.S. markets

• Create job descriptions and conduct multi-channel outreach

• Perform pre-screening and structured interviews

• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM

• Prepare candidate summaries and ensure smooth handoff to HR and hiring managers

• Coordinate onboarding documentation with the HR team

• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring workflows

🔹 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience in Telecom industry

• Familiarity with sourcing tools: Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously

• Self-starter — comfortable working independently

• Telecom, construction, or field ops experience is a plus
