Key Responsibilities:

• Keep an eye on job postings (e.g., Indeed) and reply to new applicants promptly
• Source and identify candidates to match specific staffing needs for open roles
• Run first-round phone screenings to gauge candidates’ experience, qualifications, and communication skills
• Judge whether a candidate’s background and certifications meet the requirements of specific roles
• Assess personality and communication fit, especially for roles that call for sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills
• Handle a high volume of applicants and leads so the hiring pipeline keeps moving
• Flag top candidates for further evaluation and, over time, play a bigger part in the interview process
• Keep candidate pipelines and screening outcomes well documented

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in recruiting, candidate screening, or phone-based interviewing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to assess candidate experience, qualifications, and personality fit accurately
• Comfortable managing a high volume of applications and leads
• Composed, organized, and independent
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when engaging with applicants

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for healthcare, therapy, or medical roles
• Familiarity with job platforms such as Indeed
• Previous experience running phone screenings or preliminary interviews
• Ability to grow into full interview responsibilities as the role expands
• Strong organizational skills for keeping several candidates moving at once
