What they need

Join our team and experience how we lead with passion, positivity, and accountability to deliver the Right Talent. Right Now. We create an environment where you can think big, have fun and truly make a difference.

Recruiting Associate For more than 40 years, Oxford Global Resources has helped organizations solve complex business and technical challenges by connecting them with specialized expertise. We work across industries including technology, life sciences, engineering, and healthcare, providing services that range from individual staffing support to co-managed projects and fully managed programs.

Our work is built on understanding what each organization needs and bringing the right people and approach to the challenge. Behind that work are teams across Oxford who strengthen how we operate, support our people, and help us deliver for clients. If you’re looking for a place where your work connects to a larger purpose and has a visible impact, there’s an opportunity to do that here.

What We’re Looking For Every successful placement at Oxford starts with a recruiter who knows how to find the right talent and build strong, lasting relationships. The Oxford Recruiter Academy is designed to teach you how to do just that.

This 6-week, paid, temp-to-perm training program is built for early-career professionals looking to launch a career in recruiting. Through hands-on training and in-person collaboration with a cohort of peers, you’ll gain practical experience from day one while building the skills needed to succeed as a recruiter. The Academy also serves as a pathway to full-time recruiting opportunities at Oxford.

During the Academy, you’ll take on the core of the recruiter role: sourcing, update calls with consultants, and consultant interviews. Your work helps Oxford connect clients with specialized technical talent.

We’re looking for people who are curious, strong communicators, detail-oriented, coachable, and motivated by building relationships through meaningful conversations.

Reports to Oxford Academy Director

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM | Cohort Start Date: January 25, 2027

What You’ll Do

  • Source talent. Find and engage qualified technical consultants using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Nexus.
  • Stay connected with consultants. Call consultants in our network to check in, learn what’s next for them and ask for referrals
  • Interview with care. Conduct consultant interviews that assess fit, interest, and technical depth in your discipline, and route consultants in Nexus.
  • Book interviews at volume. Work daily call targets and handle common objections, including pay rate, exclusivity, and availability.
  • Grow through coaching. Recieve live call coaching, scorecard debriefs, and time shadowing senior recruiters, then use that feedback to improve every week

What The Program Covers The first two weeks are shared with the Oxford Sales Academy. The final four weeks are a dedicated recruiter track that builds toward independent consultant interviews. Along the way, you’ll learn:

  • How Oxford works and how the recruiter role fits in
  • Live update calls to consultants, plus sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Nexus
  • How to prepare for, conduct, and score consultant interviews
  • Daily call targets, interview booking, and handling common objections
  • Live call coaching and shadowing with senior recruiters

Path to a Full-Time Role This is a temp-to-perm opportunity. Along the way, you’ll be coached by experienced recruiters and complete five weekly readiness checks and a final exam. At the end of the program, associates who show they have the skills and knowledge to hit the ground running will receive full-time offers.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Education or Experience: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging people over the phone.

  • Coachability: An eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to apply coaching quickly.
  • Resilience: A positive, persistent mindset and a willingness to engage in frequent conversations, navigate challenges, and keep moving forward.

What We Bring To The Table A 6-week paid, temp-to-perm training program with a cohort of peers, hands-on recruiting work from the start, live call coaching, and the opportunity to earn a full-time offer at graduation.
