Are you a people leader who thrives in a fast-paced recruiting and staffing environment? Morales Group is looking for a Recruiting Branch Manager to lead our recruitment team, strengthen client partnerships, and drive results.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team
• Build and execute recruitment strategies to meet client staffing needs
• Partner closely with clients, Account Managers, and On-Site teams
• Track recruiting KPIs and drive productivity, fulfillment, and branch performance
• Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, community outreach, job fairs, social media, and other recruiting channels
• Identify barriers and create solutions that improve speed-to-hire and the candidate/client experience
• Support employee retention, team development, and a culture of performance
• Ensure recruiting processes remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards

What we’re looking for:

• Staffing or high-volume recruiting experience
• Leadership and team-development experience
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Recruiting strategy and sourcing expertise
• Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with ATS/recruiting technology and Microsoft Office
