Recruiting Coordinator

• We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in fast-moving environments and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes
• You’ll be at the center of our hiring engine – owning scheduling, keeping processes tight, and ensuring every candidate and interviewer has a great experience
• Own high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams, balancing competing priorities and tight timelines
• Jump on urgent scheduling changes quickly and keep everything on track without dropping details
• Deliver a high-quality, thoughtful experience for both candidates and interviewers at every touchpoint
• Build strong working relationships with candidates, recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
• Keep recruiting operations running smoothly through strong organization, communication, and follow-through
• Spot inefficiencies and proactively improve coordination processes as we scale
• Partner with People Ops to support onboarding logistics and maintain clean, accurate data
• Support new hire onboarding programs, including coordinating welcome gifts and shipping onboarding packages
