TimberlineONE is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across its family of companies, with an emphasis on construction, field operations, skilled trades, and other labor-intensive roles. This person will partner with the Director of Personnel Development and business leaders on hiring strategy, then take ownership of sourcing, candidate engagement, selection coordination, offer management, and recruiting follow-through.

Full-cycle recruiting ownership
Manage multiple searches from intake through accepted offer and preboarding handoff, with limited day-to-day direction.

Lead structured intake conversations and maintain clear communication with hiring managers throughout each search.
Screen candidates for role requirements, work environment, motivation, and alignment with TimberlineONE values.
Coordinate interviews, gather timely feedback, guide selection decisions, and maintain a professional candidate experience.
Prepare and extend offers within approved parameters; identify and address acceptance risks early.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate disposition, and hiring records in company systems.
Sourcing and pipeline development
Maintain and build qualified pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, job boards, social platforms, trade schools, community partners, job fairs, and field-based sourcing.
Maintain and develop sourcing approaches suited to construction, skilled trades, seasonal labor, and other high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
Create and maintain talent communities for recurring roles rather than relying only on active applicants.
Write clear, accurate job postings that reflect the role, work conditions, expectations, and employee value proposition.
Partner with Marketing on recruiting campaigns, events, and materials that communicate TimberlineONE values and employment opportunities.
Strategy and business partnership
Meet regularly with the Director of Personnel Development to review workforce priorities, recruiting strategy, market conditions, and escalated hiring decisions.
Advise on sourcing channels, process effectiveness, and hiring-market realities.
Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and recommend changes to sourcing, interview practices, candidate communication, or offer strategy.
Support workforce planning, internship recruiting, job fairs, college and trade-school relationships, and other talent initiatives.
Other duties as assigned
education & requirements:
At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct sourcing and offer management.
Recruiting experience in construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, field services, landscaping, or another labor-intensive industry.
Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates and filling high-volume or hard-to-fill positions.
Ability to independently prioritize multiple requisitions, drive next steps, meet deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately.
Strong communication, interviewing, organization, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, Microsoft Office, and recruiting data.
