Compensation: $43.27 - $62.50/hour DOE + benefits

This role is perfect for a Recruiting Coordinator who brings at least 5 years of experience supporting high-volume recruiting efforts and enjoys being the engine behind a successful hiring process. Whether you've partnered with Go-to-Market teams or Engineering organizations, you'll play a critical role in helping build world-class teams. About the Role: As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll serve as a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. You'll manage complex scheduling, ensure a seamless interview experience, and help keep recruiting operations running efficiently. This company is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, anticipate needs before they arise, and bring a positive, solution-oriented approach to everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, stakeholders, and time zones
• Support recruiting efforts for Go-to-Market and/or Engineering functions
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Manage a high volume of scheduling requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring experience
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate ATS records and interview documentation
• Assist with offer coordination, onboarding logistics, and recruiting operations initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and elevate the candidate experience
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders while representing the company brand professionally

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience, preferably within high-growth technology companies
• Experience supporting Go-to-Market recruiting teams and/or Engineering recruiting teams
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling platforms, and recruiting tools
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a true "go-getter" mentality
• Passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and helping build exceptional teams
