The role
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us find and bring on future Financial Advisors: people with the energy, empathy and communication skills to help clients live richer lives. Many of our best advisors come from outside finance, so you’ll be looking for potential, not just résumés. You’ll manage the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to guiding candidates through licensing and into the office, so our teams are always staffed with great people.

Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week
Location: 525 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies for our offices
• Measure the effectiveness of current recruiting plans and strategies, and improve them
• Plan and run recruiting marketing and employer branding that reflects who we are and attracts high-quality applicants
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, databases, social media, referrals and community outreach
• Review applicants to determine whether they meet the position requirements
• Conduct interviews and screen candidates for open positions
• Guide candidates through the hiring and licensing process so they’re ready to start in the office
• Meet daily recruiting goals and keep the candidate pipeline moving
• Prepare a weekly report on completed and in-progress work
• Partner closely with the executive team

Compensation: $52,000

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
