Recruiting Coordinator/assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator/Assistant to join the Team.

The High School Football Recruiter will be responsible for Assisting Recruiting Coordinator with school’s football recruiting efforts, with a primary focus on identifying prospective student-athletes, building relationships with families and coaches, and creating opportunities for talented athletes to join the program. This position will play a key role in expanding the football program’s recruiting pipeline and strengthening relationships with high school, youth, club, and collegiate football networks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment events, and external recruiting channels to attract diverse talent pools.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting agencies to streamline communication and improve hiring outcomes.
• Requirements
• No experience needed .Just a passion for Football.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with social media marketing (recruitment), employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations is preferred.

Pay: $1.00 per hour
