Role Description

This Recruiting Intern role is an internship (Unpaid) position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site work at the Satrio Tower branch and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with job postings, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating communication with applicants and internal stakeholders. The role also involves supporting interview logistics, helping with onboarding documentation, and contributing to training coordination for new hires. The intern will collaborate closely with the HR and recruitment teams to ensure an efficient and organized hiring process.

Qualifications

• Candidates have and want to learn skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to interact effectively with applicants and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training support to assist with basic onboarding and learning coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setting, with the ability to collaborate both in person and remotely.
• Interest in human resources, recruitment, or related fields; current students or recent graduates in relevant majors are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in basic office software and online communication tools; prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
• Last semester or fresh graduate prefered
