Recruiting Intern

Role Description

The Recruiting Intern role is an Unpaid internship position based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site work at Branch Satrio Tower and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening applications, and assisting in scheduling and coordinating interviews. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate databases, preparing recruitment-related documentation, and communicating with applicants and internal stakeholders. The role also involves assisting with onboarding activities, supporting training coordination for new hires, and contributing to employer branding and recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to interact effectively with applicants and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training support to help coordinate onboarding and development programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort with online recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, maintain professionalism, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in financial services and willingness to learn about the brokerage industry will be an advantage.
• Active or freshgraduate student prefered
