Launch your career with hands-on recruiting experience at Soliant, where we make life better for those who make lives better.
Our summer internship is a production role focused on recruiting—finding and connecting qualified candidates with open jobs. You’ll work directly with territory leaders and an assigned territory, learning how to run a recruiting desk while contributing to real hiring needs.

During the Soliant Launch Program, you will:
- Launch Your Career through real recruiting experience and professional development.
- Find Your People by building relationships with mentors, leaders, and teammates who are invested in your success.
- Write Your Story by gaining the skills, confidence, and experiences that shape your career.
- Make Life Better by connecting talented professionals with opportunities that positively impact healthcare, education, and pharmacy communities nationwide.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with territory leaders to understand open positions and recruiting priorities.
- Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, outreach, and other recruiting tools.
- Contact prospective candidates to discuss opportunities, qualifications, interests, and availability.
- Support candidate screening and coordinate the next steps with your assigned team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming openings.
- Keep candidate records and recruiting activity accurate and up to date.
- Work toward established activity and production goals with coaching from experienced recruiters and leaders.
- Participate in cohort training, team discussions, and feedback sessions.
Training and Program Structure
- Week 1: Participate in classroom-style training to learn our business, recruiting process, systems, and expectations.
- Week 2: Continue classroom training while beginning to recruit in a structured, supported setting.
- Week 3 through the end of the program: Split your time between cohort learning and working alongside your assigned territory, taking on recruiting desk responsibilities with ongoing coaching.
What We’re Looking For
- A college student interested in sales and a career centered on building relationships.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to initiate conversations with new people.
- A goal-oriented mindset and motivation to contribute to team results.
- Coachability, curiosity, and the ability to apply feedback.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Resilience and a positive approach to a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to participate throughout the internship dates.
What You’ll Gain
You’ll develop practical skills in candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, relationship building, and managing a recruiting pipeline. Through classroom learning and daily work with your territory, you’ll gain a clear understanding of how recruiting supports business results—and experience making a meaningful contribution to a team.
