Recruiting Manager - onsite
What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Lead, coach, and develop a recruiting team
🔹 Set recruiting goals and establish clear KPIs
🔹 Monitor the recruiting funnel from lead generation through onboarding
🔹 Develop strategies to attract and grow a nationwide network of transportation professionals
🔹 Partner with Marketing to improve lead generation and recruiting campaigns
🔹 Leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve recruiting efficiency
🔹 Partner with Operations to ensure recruiting efforts align with business needs
What we're looking for:
✔️ Strong recruiting, sales, or customer acquisition experience
✔️ Proven experience leading and developing a team
✔️ Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and conversion funnels
✔️ Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
✔️ Transportation experience is a plus, but not required
