The Recruiting Manager will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company’s talent needs.
• Lead and manage the recruiting team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
• Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
