Recruiting Manager, Warehouse

For our client, we are seeking a Recruiting Manager, Warehouse to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will oversee warehouse recruiting strategy across multiple fulfillment centers, with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring, specialized leadership roles, and seasonal workforce planning. The position partners closely with warehouse leadership and HR teams to translate operational goals into effective staffing plans. The Recruiting Manager will also help strengthen local employer brand presence, improve candidate experience, and use data-driven insights to continuously refine hiring processes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop onsite recruiting teams at New Jersey and Las Vegas fulfillment centers.
• Translate operational goals into structured hiring plans for regional General Managers.
• Oversee staffing strategy for both hourly and professional roles, especially high-level management positions.
• Create and implement timely seasonal staffing strategies for peak periods.
• Lead recruitment for mid-to-senior level warehouse management roles, emphasizing candidate assessment and sourcing.
• Establish the organization as a preferred employer through targeted local sourcing and hiring initiatives.
• Continuously improve the hiring process using technology and data tracking for candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-expectation environments with a focus on warehousing and manufacturing.
• 5+ years of managing recruiting teams across multiple locations.
• Experience in both high-volume hourly and specialized professional hiring for warehouse roles.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills to optimize recruiting processes.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with warehouse leadership and HR partners.
• Knowledge of labor market dynamics in New Jersey and Las Vegas.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to fulfillment centers.
