Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Recruiting Technology Coordinator drives the design, implementation, support and continuous improvement of the Firm’s standard recruiting processes and technology platforms. The Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for process definition, end-user training, system administration, and day-to-day functional support, ensuring that recruiting teams across the Firm can leverage technology effectively and consistently.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Four to six years of experience in recruiting operations, talent management, data analytics, or systems support; law firm or other professional services environment preferred.
• Experience using web-based databases, data reporting and virtual platforms; viRecruit, Flo Recruit, SharePoint preferred.
• Experience using AI solutions and applications a plus.

Jones Day offers competitive salaries and benefits to all employees. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $95,000 to $120,000.
