Recruitment Advisor

KCA is growing, and we're looking for experienced Recruitment Advisor to grow with us.

Join our West Perth office and partner closely with mining clients to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes across specialist and hard-to-fill roles, while building long-term relationships that drive repeat business and support continued growth. Working hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday – AND enjoy an RDO every second Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across an established portfolio of mining clients
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
• Source, assess, and place talent across specialist and hard-to-fill roles
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
• Partner with clients on workforce planning, hiring needs, and market insights
• Deliver a high-quality recruitment experience that strengthens long-term partnerships
• Contribute to team success by sharing market intelligence and recruitment best practice

About you

• Previous underground mining recruitment experience
• Confident using an ATS/CRM — JobAdder experience is a plus
• Demonstrated success recruiting specialist, technical, or difficult-to-fill positions
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused approach
