BCLP is looking for an Advisor, Business Professionals Talent Acquisition to join our Global Business Services Recruitment team. Supporting hiring across the UK, EMEA, and the US, you'll partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across a broad range of business professional functions.

We're looking for a proactive recruiter with experience managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, conducting candidate assessments, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Experience within a law firm, professional services environment, or other regulated industry is preferred.
