Key responsibilities & accountabilities of the role:

- Solid experience managing an ATS centrally for devolved high-volume recruitment.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and how this applies to recruitment & selection.
- Experience delivering coaching and training sessions, whether that’s 1:1 or to larger groups.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an interest in finding solutions that make a difference.
- Strong numerical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible approach to day-to-day work and projects, with an ability to work at pace.
- Experience of managing change in a positive and open-minded way... always looking at how we can improve and get better.
- Sound administration skills, with a confidence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Good knowledge of, and interest in, evolving technology to support recruitment.
- Loves networking and building relationships, whether that’s internally or externally.
- Great organisational skills, with an ability to manage fast moving and changing priorities/workload.
- Happy to get stuck in and support other teams when required.
