About the Role
This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you'll manage your own portfolio, while working closely with a supportive team. We're busy and productive, but we pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, low-stress environment where collaboration and respect come first. Most of our roles are FIFO, Trades, Machine Operators and White Collar Project roles, within the Construction and Mining Industries.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
• Proactively source and engage quality candidates
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers
• Maintain talent pipelines
• Conduct interviews and coordinate placements
• Provide practical recruitment advice and market insights
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience

About You

• Previous recruitment experience (agency or internal)
• Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude
• A genuine self-starter who takes ownership
• Strong Administration skills
• Enjoys working in a small, team-focused environment
• Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
• Calm, solutions-focused, and professional
