Recruitment Analytics Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Builds, maintains, and improves reports on recruitment practices such as automating manual reporting tasks to make data gathering faster and more efficient.
• Designs and presents interactive dashboards using business intelligence platforms with executives.
• Audits HR datasets regularly to fix errors and ensure information integrity, accuracy, and consistency across different platforms like HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and financial disbursement platforms.
• Knowledgeable in technical tools such as Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Qualifications:

• Must have bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
• At least 3-5 years of experience in BPO recruitment/sourcing, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in people and stakeholder management, HR reporting, data analysis, or MIS roles.
• Must possess above average up to excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to explain complex data to non-technical managers.
• Amenable to work onsite - Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
