Recruitment & Agency Development Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Intern to support our growing Takaful agency team. In this role, you will focus on candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, and agent onboarding. You will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, screening prospects, and helping build our pipeline of future Takaful Agents and Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Source, identify, and headhunt prospective Takaful Agents through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and networking events.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews, phone screenings, and background checks to evaluate candidate interest and suitability.
• Onboarding & Licensing: Guide candidates through the registration process, assist with Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) registration, and manage compliance documentation.
• Recruitment Campaigns: Assist in creating compelling recruiting content (job ads, social media posts, flyering, career booth setups) to attract talent.
• Candidate Management: Maintain the candidate database, schedule interview appointments for agency leaders, and provide follow-up communications.
• Agency Support: Assist in organizing agency career talks, briefing sessions, and team onboarding workshops.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and organizational growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
• Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and standard office software.
• Proactive, target-driven, organized, and confident when speaking to prospective candidates.
