About the role
Asti Business Services Inc. is looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Intern who will gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, Recruitment Operations, and project management. The intern will work directly under the supervision of a Recruitment Lead while supporting the recruitment team and providing service to internal clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and completing pre-employment requirements
- Contact new hires and selected candidates regarding onboarding and pre-employment requirements
- Coordinate with companies, organizations, schools, and other entities when needed for onboarding purposes
- Track the status of pre-employment requirement submissions
- Update onboarding trackers and systems
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
