Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and employment contract preparation
• Prepare employee records and conduct new employee orientation
• Accurately maintain employee data in the HRM system (BPlus)
• Coordinate training programs for new employees and monitor probation plans
• Support manpower planning and workforce management
• Prepare probation evaluation and annual KPI assessment documents
• Maintain training records and career path documentation
• Coordinate with government agencies, insurance providers, and external vendors
• Source and coordinate training courses to enhance employee development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in Recruitment or Training is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRM systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines
