Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Hospital roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HOD to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential candidates and schedule interviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication during the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing industry (Hospital background).
• Bachelor's degree or MBA or
• equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
